Simon left Queens University Belfast with an honours degree in Business Management and worked in sales teams for various global brands before joining McClearys to head up their Sales team, over 15 years ago. Now with many years of experience, Simon knows and advises clients of pitfalls and problems that can be experienced when selling property. Also, a keen follower of rugby, Simon played for the local team of Malone for many years, until injury and age caught up with him.
Before joining as a third generation of Estate Agent, Alan has an honours degree in Archaeology from Queens University Belfast, and worked around Ireland as an archaeologist and geophysist for many years before joining the company. Subsequently obtained an honours degree in Estate Management with Surveying from Ulster University. Keen enthusiast and season ticket holder of Ulster Rugby. Now with over 20 years of experience in Estate Agency, Alan specialises in the letting and property management stream of the business.
Ruth has been working in estate agency for over 25 years and has worked for McClearys for at least half of that, now taking care of the busy property management side of the business. This entails dealing with maintenance issues such as the identification of the problem and the organisation of the appropriate tradesmen, she also carries out the periodic property inspections of our managed properties and the end of tenancy checkouts.
Jackie has many years of experience working in a busy sales office environment and has been working with McClearys for over a decade. She organises new tenancies, the referencing of applicants, liasing with landlords in order to keep them abreast of current progress and legislation. She organises energy and gas certificates, and schedules inventories along with scheduling tenants in attending our busy office to complete all necessary paperwork.
Noeleen has many years of experience in accounts and worked for some of the largest companies in Northern Ireland and subsequently headed the accounts team for one Irelands largest solicitors, before leaving to work for McClearys. She has many years of experience and now looks after account management, rent collection, landlord payments and statements, maintenance invoice and payment alongside debt collection and the administration of deposit disputes.
