Report a Repair

Thank you for reporting your maintenance issue.

We can now advise that you have instructed a contractor to contact you.

Our Maintenance team are very quick at responding to maintenance issues. However, they do have to prioritise emergency repairs.

You should receive a call from the contractor within 48 HRS to organise a mutually suitable date and time to allow access to the repair. This should only be done after the problem has been reported to McClearys and that the team have been instructed. Alternatively, If a call has not been received by the Team please advise McClearys who will follow it up for you.

If a mutual date and time has been arranged with the maintenance team, please ensure that they are given access as arranged.

Please be patient allowing time for Landlords authority, obtaining of quotes etc. Delays can occur when obtaining parts or appliance orders and also contractors' availability.

There is no specific law that sets out how quickly an agent should do relatively minor repairs. McClearys aim to act upon all maintenance issues as quickly as is in their control.
